HOW DO I RSVP FOR THE WEDDING?

Guests RSVP by reserving their room through the resort website using the Promo Code (Fully refundable and modifiable with no deposit required).

DO I HAVE TO BOOK USING THE PROMO CODE?

Yes, we request that all guests only utilize our special discounted promo code to be included in our room block. We have negotiated the best rates at the resort for our wedding, as reflected via this promo code. All RSVP's are tracked via this promo code. In order to attend the wedding event and receive future communications on the wedding and logistics, all guests must only book using our special code.

What are the differences between Excellence Club, Finest Club, and Finest Suites at Finest Punta Cana?

At Finest Punta Cana, there are three distinct options that offer varying levels of luxury and exclusive services:

1. Excellence Club

• Exclusivity: Adults-only (18+).

• Amenities: Private lounge, pools, beach area, and access to the exclusive Dommo restaurant. Personalized services include concierge, private check-in/out, upgraded minibar, premium liquor, and L’Occitane toiletries. Additional perks like an Aqua hydrotherapy treatment and a beach bag are also included.


2. Finest Club

• Exclusivity: Open to all ages, but with adult access (18+) to Excellence Club areas.

• Amenities: Private lounge, pool, beach area, and access to the exclusive Gusto restaurant. Similar services to the Excellence Club, including upgraded minibars, premium liquor, Nespresso machines, and personalized concierge service. Complimentary beach bags and a hydrotherapy treatment for guests 13+ are included.


3. Finest Suites

• Exclusivity: Available to all guests, no club membership required.

• Amenities: Spacious suites with private terraces, jacuzzis, and premium in-suite service. Options include family suites, swim-up suites, rooftop terrace suites with plunge pools, and more. While luxurious, they do not include the exclusive services and access offered by the Excellence or Finest Clubs.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY RESERVATION?

All changes are made by contacting the resort directly at 1-866-211-6223, Options 1,2,1 and referencing the promo code and/or their respective confirmation number. The resort does not allow any changes within 60 days of travel. (Final balances are due 30 days prior to travel).

CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT SPECIFIED IN THE INVITE?

We are beyond excited to celebrate our special day with our closest family and friends! While you’re welcome to bring companions for your trip, please note that all wedding events are by invitation only. If you have any special requests, feel free to reach out to Stephanie and Yavier.

CAN WE MAKE PARTIAL PAYMENTS?

The resort will only accept full balance payments between the time the reservation is made and until the final balance due date. The final balance will automatically be drafted from the credit card on file that was used to make the $1 deposit. Please call the resort to either change the card on file or to make a final balance payment at anytime prior to the final balance due date.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?

Final Balance Due - 60 days prior to travel. The final balance is auto-drafted from the credit card on file. It is recommended that guests contact the resort and make the final balance payment via phone anytime prior to the final balance due date to ensure that the appropriate card is used.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DATE?

Due to the resort's VERY limited availability, we are asking for all guests to make a $1 deposit to reserve a room ASAP. Guests will have until one week prior to the trip to cancel their reservation without penalty. If the resort sells out, we will not have a way to secure additional guest rooms.

WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?

60 days prior to travel. The final balance will be drafted from the credit card on file at the time the reservation was made.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENT?

The resort's minimum night stay requirement can vary from 3 nights to 4, 5, 6, or 7 nights based upon demand. We recommend guests to book ASAP to reduce the chances of the resort changing the minimum requirement. We want nothing more than for our friends and family to enjoy their VACATION :). Please feel free to arrive as early in advance as you'd like and stay at the resort for as long as you'd like. To maximize your vacation time, enjoy excursions, enjoy the wedding, and have time for yourself, we recommend the following date range: April 23, 2026 – April 27, 2026. Please feel free to arrive as early in advance as you'd like and stay at the resort for as long as you'd like. Group rates are valid for up to seven nights' stay based on availability at the time of reservation. Enjoy yourself, and make this a VACATION!

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Guests can cancel without penalty up until one week prior to travel. - Final balances are auto-drafted from the credit card on file 30 days prior to travel. We recommend that all guests proactively call to make final balance payments in advance by calling 1-866-211-6223 extension 2, 1, 2

WHAT DOES “ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAN”?

All you can eat (gourmet restaurants and buffets), All you can drink (alcohol, mixed drinks, daiquiris, and non-alcoholic beverages), Entertainment (the resort will have daily and nightly activities including shows and a night club), Water Sports (kayaking, paddle boarding, and other non-motorized water sports are typically included), Room Service includes 24-hour room service of food.

WHAT IF MY POTENTIAL TRAVEL COMPANION (ROOMIE) IS TBD, UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME, OR NOT READY TO BOOK?

Time waits for no one :) Book without them and add them to your reservation 60 days before travel. If a guest is added within 60 days of travel, the group discount will not be honored. The resort does not allow any changes after 60 days of travel. Solo occupancy hotel rates are sometimes higher than double occupancy. When we add your travel companion in the future, you'll recognize the double occupancy savings. Rates are refreshed at the time future changes are made.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO FIND GOOD FLIGHT DEALS?

We suggest setting up flight alerts. Our favorite is Google flights because it includes a wider range of airlines. Use search engines to find the best deal, but remember to book the flight itself directly via the airline to maximize your flexibility if your plans were to change. WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I ARRIVE/DEPART?

You should fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY PASSPORT PRIOR TO MAKING MY DEPOSIT FOR THE TRIP?

No, Passports are not required UNTIL guest travel. As long as you provide Just Book It Travel with your full legal name, you can arrange travel in advance by RSVPing. Expedited Passports now can take up to 12 weeks - we do recommend getting your passport as soon as possible. Please allow 12-16 weeks for standard passport applications to process following your scheduled appointment with a passport "acceptance facility." If you do not obtain your passport prior to travel, you are responsible for any associated cancellation fees.

DOES EVERY GUEST NEED A PASSPORT?

YES! Each guest must have a valid passport to travel. **Reminder: please check the EXPIRATION DATE on your passport! Punta Cana has a rule that does not allow passengers to enter without a valid passport for 6 months after their stay.

IS GROUND TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED IN MY ROOM COST?

Each reservation booked through your group for 3 nights or more will qualify for complimentary ground transportation. Each reservation should email transfers.domrep@seasonstours.com to set up this transportation and mention. Please include the name on the reservation, group promo code (SYWAPR26FPC), group name (Stephanie & Yavier’s Wedding), and reservation confirmation number, flight information (see example template below). Keep in mind that the resort will only offer one complimentary transportation vehicle for arrival and departure - if two guests are sharing a room on the same reservation and they are not on the same flights, they will have to pay for transportation either through Seasons or through an outside transportation supplier. Seasons does not make exceptions even if there's another room reservation arriving / departing at the same time.
